Specimen Type: Urine, Timed Collection

Collection Container/Tube: Clean, plastic urine collection container

Specimen Volume: 10 mL from timed collection

Collection Instructions:

1. Collect urine a time specified by your provider. Optimal collection time is between 2pm and 4pm. Follow instructions in "Urine Collections" in "Special Instructions".
2. No preservative
3. Mix well before taking a 10 mL aliquot
4. Timed volume is required
